Research Interests
My research focuses on computational modeling of the NF-kappaB signaling pathway. In particular, I am involved in efforts to increase the scope and predictive power of NF-kB models using ordinary differential equations with mass-action kinetics . These models incorporate both static (equilibrium) and dynamic (temporal profile) analysis. I also have a wider interest in computational modeling of biological systems using other approaches (e.g. stochastic modeling, petri nets) and in other domains (e.g. metabolism, gene regulation).
